Dita Milenial dalam Moderasi Peningkatan Pelayanan Penghulu (Studi Kasus di KUA Parindu)

Artikel ini didasarkan pada penelitian di KUA Parindu pada awal tahun 2019 dan dilakukan untuk mengatasi beberapa masalah terkait tingginya jumlah pasangan menikah yang kurang iman (79%), mualaf (26%) dan jumlah penduduk Muslim yang minoritas (16,24%). Sebagai garda terdepan Kementerian Agama, penghulu Parindu melakukan tindakan prefentif untuk mencegah perceraian, aksi radikal dan ekstrem yang bisa muncul dengan mudah di wilayah ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif-kualitatif dan menghasilkan penggunaan Dita Milenial. Istilah ini merupakan kepanjangan dari kata-kata ‘digital’, ‘tatap muka’ dan milenial. Strategi ini berdasar pada Al-Quran (Surah Ibrahim: 4) dan berdasar pada pemikiran, pertimbangan mendalam sehubungan dengan karakteristik generasi milenial dan kondisi zaman menghadapi era 4.0. Pada prakteknya, pemanfaatan digital dan tatap muka inovatif ini harus dilakukan bersama, kemudian peningkatan secara fisik menggunakan konsep ramah lingkungan harus direalisasikan di kantor. Kesemua hal yang dilakukan tersebut pada akhirnya menunjukkan moderasi dalam Islam.

Abstract
This article is based on a research conducted at KUA Parindu in early 2019 and originally to overcome several problems related to the high number of married couples lacking in faith (79%), converts (26%), and the number of minority Muslims (16,24%). As the vanguard of Religion Ministry, the headman took a preventive measure to prevent divorce, extreme and radical actions that easily emerged in this area. This study used a qualitative-descriptive approach and resulted in the use of Dita Millennial. This term is an extention of words ‘digital’, ‘face to face’ and millennial. This strategy is based on Quran (Surah Ibrahim: 4), deep thought and consideration related to the characteristics of millennial generation and the conditions which facing the 4.0 era. Practically, digital usages and innovative face-to-face meetings must be done together, then physical improvement using green concept must be realized in the office. Those ultimately shows moderation in Islam.
