Abstraksi
Tulisan ini mengkaji tentang upaya mewujudkan layanan nikah yang berintegritas pasca terbitnya Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 48 Tahun 2014 dengan studi kasus di Kecamatan Montong Gading Lombok Timur NTB pada bulan Agustus sampai Desember 2014. Tulisan ini berusaha menjawab beberapa pokok masalah sebagai berikut: 1). Bagaimana sikap masyarakat kecamatan Montong Gading terhadap pelaksanaan nikah luar kantor setelah berlakunya Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 48 Tahun 2014? Dan 2). Bagaimana tanggapan pihak Kantor Urusan Agama kecamatan Montong Gading terhadap pelaksanaan nikah luar kantor setelah berlakunya Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 48 Tahun 2014 kaitannya dengan layanan nikah yang berintegritas. Pihak Kantor Urusan Agama kecamatan Montong Gading menanggapi dengan antusias pelaksanaan nikah luar kantor setelah berlakunya Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 48 Tahun 2014 kaitannya dengan layanan nikah yang berintegritas. Sikap antusias itu ditunjukkan dengan melakukan sosialisasi yang gencar dan memberikan pemahaman dan pembuktian bahwa KUA anti gratifikasi. Langkah konkrit lebih lanjut yang dilakukan pihak KUA Montong Gading adalah mengambil pilihan untuk memasyarakatkan nikah dalam kantor.
Abstract
This paper examines the efforts to realize the marriage of integrity services after issuance of Government Regulation No. 48 of 2014, with a case study in the Montong Gading district of East Lombok NTB in August to December 2014. This paper seeks to answer some fundamental problems as follows: 1). What is the attitude of society towards the implementation Montong Gading district marriage outside the office after the enactment of Government Regulation No. 48 Year 2014? And 2). How is the response of the Religious Affairs Office of Montong Gading district to the implementation of marriage outside the office after the enactment of Government Regulation No. 48 of 2014 related to the marriage service with integrity. The Religious Affairs Office Montong Gading district responded enthusiastically implementation of marriage outside the office after the enactment of Government Regulation No. 48 of 2014 related to the marriage service with integrity. Enthusiastic attitude shown by intensive socialization and provide insight and evidence that the Religious Affairs Office/KUA is anti-graft. Further concrete steps are carried out by the Religious Affairs Office of Montong Gading district is taking the option to promote marriage in the office.
