Abstraksi
Wacana zakat profesi muncul sebagai respon terhadap prinsip keadilan dalam eksistensi syariat Islam, sebagai salahsatu wacana aktivitas ekonomi Islam yang belum mendapat perhatian yang signifikan dalam kitab-kitab fikih klasik. Berpijak dari prinsip keadilan itu, ulama kontemporer berusaha menginterpretasikan persoalan zakat yang hanyaberkisar pada zakat mal seperti hasil pertanian, perniagaan dan pertambangan meluas kepada zakat hasil profesi dan penghasilan yang diqiyaskan nisabnya keemas dan perak.
Abstract
The discourseof zakat profession emerged as a response to the principle of justice in the existence of Islamic law, as one of the economic activities of Islamic discourse which has not received significant attention in the classical fiqh books. Based on the principle of justice, contemporary ulama trying to interpret issues which only the range of zakat mal such as agriculture, commerce and mining extends to zakat profession and income results are equal to gold and silver.
