Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Aktif, Inovatif, Kreatif, Efektif dan Menyenangkan (PAIKEM) pada Kursus Pra Nikah bagi Calon Pengantin (catin)

In the marriage purpose principle is the creation of happiness in the world and the hereafter. But in the reality of life problems arise and lead to divorce. In addition, many brides do not know about the Marriage Law and the Compilation of Islamic Law relating to marriage. A study reveals that among the causes of divorce is the lack of bride provision about knowledge of marriage. Research methodology in this paper uses library research which is digging through library data. The results obtained are that every Moslem headman in addition to having mastery competencies in material about marriage or munakahat fiqh but also must be able to use methods that are easily accepted by each bride, using the method of Active, Innovative, Creative, Effective and Fun Learning (PAIKEM).
Pada prinsipnya tujuan dari pernikahan adalah terciptanya kebahagiaan di dunia dan akhirat. Tetapi dalam realitas kenyataan kehidupan masalah timbul dan berujung kepada perceraian. Selain itu, banyak calon pengantin yang tidak mengetahui tentang UU Perkawinan serta Kompilasi Hukum Islam yang berkenaan dengan pernikahan. Sebuah penelitian mengungkapkan diantara penyebab perceraian adalah kurangnya bekal para calon pengantin tentang pengetahuan pernikahan atau perkawinan. Metodologi Penelitian dalam makalah ini menggunakan library research yakni menggali lewat data perpustakaan. Hasil yang didapat adalah bahwa setiap penghulu selain harus memiliki kompetensi penguasaan materi tentang perkawinan atau fiqih munakahat tetapi juga harus dapat menggunakan metode yang mudah diterima oleh setiap calon pengantin, yaitu menggunakan metode Pembelajaran Aktif, Inovatif, Kreatif,Efektif dan Menyenangkan (PAIKEM)
