Abstraksi
Salah satu kendala untuk mewujudkan wakaf produktif yang baru adalah pemahaman masyarakat calon wakif dan pejabat pembuat akta ikrar wakaf (PPAIW) mengenai peruntukan wakaf. Peraturan perundang-undangan wakaf sendiri tak satu pun mendefinisikan apa itu peruntukan wakaf. Kekosongan definisi ini menimbulkan pemahaman yang berbeda-beda mengenai peruntukan wakaf dan kadang menyebabkan kesulitan dalam penulisan dokumen wakaf dengan peruntukan yang lebih spesifik. Dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif tulisan ini berupaya menelusuri pengertian peruntukan wakaf dari penggunaan kata tersebut dalam peraturan perundang-undangan wakaf dan menganalisisnya sedemikian rupa sehingga bisa disimpulkan definisi peruntukan wakaf dalam peraturan perundang-undangan wakaf dan definisi yang ideal menurut penulis.
Abstract
One of the obstacles to realize new productive waqf is the public's understanding of candidates wakif and officials certificate maker of waqf pledge (PPAIW) regarding the designation of waqf. Law regulation itself neither defines what the designation of waqf. Emptiness this definition raises a different understanding of the allotment of waqf and sometimes cause difficulties in writing the document waqf with more specific designation. By using descriptive analysis of this paper seeks to explore the notion of waqf designation in using the word of waqf legislation and analyze it in a way that could be concluded in the designation definition of waqf legislation and the definition of the ideal according to the writer.
